Many of you supported the #TryForEllis Campaign before we lost our dear club member, friend and brother Ellis Joseph back in February. This campaign became nationally recognised and to date has seen 4 positive matches for those needing a donor from the stem cell register, including one of our other members.
We do not want to stop here and have linked up with the charity Rugby Against Cancer in our crusade to use the power of rugby to raise awareness, support and funds for those battling cancer.
We will be hosting an event with 2 fixtures as an EJ3 Mens & Women’s XV will battle a Rugby Against Cancer XV. The matches are full with players past and present from the Bristol Combo and National Leagues.
Food from the famous Gurt Wings and One Pizza as well as live music!
