The British & Irish Lions face an Invitational Australia/New Zealand side on Saturday, July 12, 2025.
The game will be played at the Adelaide Oval, kick-off at 11 am (UK time).
The Weston-super-Mare RFC bar and kitchen will be open from 10.30 am on Saturday and members remember the 20% discount on drinks at the bar.
This will be the British & Irish Lions final game before they face the Wallabies in the first match of the series at Suncorp Stadium on July 19, 2025.
It’s been over three decades since Australia and New Zealand joined forces on the rugby field.
The Invitational XV will boast an impressive 18 internationally capped players—ten from Australia and eight from New Zealand —with a combined 300 international caps of experience.
They also have a strong coaching contingent, with Queensland Reds coach Les Kiss joined by former All Blacks Head Coach Ian Foster, Western Force head coach Simon Cron, and Reds assistant coach Zane Hilton.
