Dear Club Member,

We need your help!

With the AGM and the election of the Club officers just around the corner, we find ourselves left wanting for both board members and people willing to help out with the running of our great club to avoid a few individuals doing the lion share of the essential work that makes the club tick.

The Board is well represented but there are currently no nominations for the two key positions of Facilities Director and Commercial Director.

Facilities Director

This role coordinates the physical workings of the club.

We have many great volunteers and the Director is responsible at Board level to represent the works of those volunteers.

We need someone to step into this role and are looking for more volunteers to assist either physically or as general support for the Director.

Commercial Director

This role coordinates the club’s sponsorship and general income and expenditure.

We already have a good support team but again, need more volunteers to assist in roles such as Saturday sponsors lunches and gaining and maintaining our very generous club sponsors.

These roles are open to all members from any section of the club from the Minis, Juniors & Roses to the Past Players Association and everything in between. We are ONE club and all are welcome. In fact, I think the diversity from the different sections would have a massive positive influence on the Board.

We’ve had a great second half of the season and are very much looking forward to our 150^th celebrations next season.

Let’s work together and make this a truly memorable year for us all.
