Another step on the road
It is often said that life is a journey, well sometimes rugby can literately take you a long way
Former weston minis player, Lottie Dadds, this weekend makes her debut for Montpelier in the French Elite 1 league.
Lottie left Weston, played for Hornets, Dings, Weston College and Exeter University before last season making appearances for Exeter Chiefs.
Over the summer she graduated from university and then headed south, to Montpelier (the city in southern France, not the bit of Bristol!).
She is now learning French, teaching English and this weekend starts at 10 against top of the league, Toulouse, some 650 miles from where her rugby journey started, at The Rec.
It's amazing how far some talent, and a huge amount of hard work and determination can take you.
